Your Order Replacement Rights: 1. For Readymade or Pre-ready or Non-customized products: You are entitled to raise replacement request for your order within 3 days from the date of delivery by contacting us at email id and contact details mentioned below end of this policy The deadline for replacement request for your Order is 3 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. We accept replacements for items that meet the following criteria: The item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description. The goods are in the original packaging. The request for a replacement is made within 3 days from the date of order delivery. In order to exercise your right of replacement, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement about the issue you faced with product. We may ask you for uncut/unedited unboxing video of parcel you received, so we suggest you to make an uncut/unedited video of unboxing of parcel you received, this will help you and us to process the things precisely with your satisfaction. Please note that if you request a replacement for your order, you will no longer be eligible to return the product for that order. 2. For Personalized or Customized or Made on demand products: We do accept replacement of goods/product is made to your specifications or clearly personalized. But Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept return/refund requests for Personalized goods. You are entitled to raise replacement request for your order within 3 days by contacting us at email id and contact details mentioned below end of this policy. We accept replacements for personalized items that meet the following criteria: The item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description. Your Order Return Rights: We work hard to maintain goods quality and on time delivery of orders, but if you still feel that the product is not up to your expectations please fell free to contact us without any hesitation. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-15 days and initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund may be issued in the form of: (a): credit back to your original payment method. i.e. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order. (b): a store credit that can be used towards future purchases. We use PayU (payu.in) as our payment gateway for all online payment transaction on Our behalf. All the online payments acceptance and refunds are handled by PayU only. For refunds it will take 5-10 days after the date of refund approval to reflect refunded amount in your account statement. The following goods are not eligible for returns/refunds: The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized or especially made as per your request. The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any listed product/merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
